Room 4
(2 of 12 pages)

Chair: I want to welcome you very heartily to this session of ours and I hope that you had the time to relax after our intense and most interesting morning. They are a few things that we ought to agree upon. I've asked our speakers to speak for about five to eight minutes at the maximum for the introduction and if one of you take the floor I would ask that you not take more than three to five minutes at the utmost. I have a clock and I'm going to warn you when your time is approaching it's end. I ask you to do this because we have very little time at our disposal. We have almost 20 minutes for the speeches and then we have very limited time for the very interesting discussion we ought to enable. We were handed out a paper with seven questions which I hope you have all had the occasion to read. I thought it might be helpful if we write down the seven questions in three blocks and concentrate on one block for half an hour each so that we have the possibility to place our interventions towards the topic within a certain time.

Before we start with our two speakers I thought it would be helpful if we had a round of introductions.
