"Speaker of the Parliament Yahya al-Rae'i praised on Monday the growing relations with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) for International Affairs and the joint programs co-organized by the parliament and the institute.
"Those programs aimed to promote the capacities and increase the training process for the parliamentary committees' members and the parliament's staff to contribute to develop their skills, capabilities, knowledge and experiences in the legislative and oversight areas."
