The Santa Fe Council on International Relations hosts an “Engage America Speakers” presentation focusing on one of the top national issues for the 2012 election — the Middle East.

Arab Spring: Prospects for Democracy features the presidents of the International Republican Institute and of NDI, Lorne W. Craner and Kenneth Wollack. The speakers will discuss the roots and causes of the Arab Spring, and how well prepared countries are for the transitions of leadership they are facing.
