The National Democratic Institute Georgia Office director Luis Navarro says that people , who had not decided who to vote for shortly before elections, made their choices after the prison scandal.
"Our last research was carried out from 21 July to 12 August. Majority of voters refrained from answering questions. People, who had not decided who to vote for shortly before elections, made their choices after the prison scandal’, Luis Navarro told InterpressNews. He called the parliamentary elections ‘historic’ for Georgia.
