The Saturday unconference will explore all these aspects and more, building on the speakers and subjects from the first day of the conference (see details below). Unconference participants will set the agenda: ask questions, tackle issues, and get a little closer to answers.

We'll be serving bagels, coffee and OJ in the morning, and pizza or similar for lunch. There will be a donation bucket to chip in to cover the costs of food.
Tech@State connects technologists to the goals of U.S. diplomacy and development through physical and virtual networking events. As part of Secretary Clinton's 21st Century Statecraft initiative, Tech@State connects leaders, innovators, government personnel, and others to work together on 21st-century technology solutions to improve the education, health, and welfare of the world's population. Previous Tech@State events have covered the aftermath of the Haiti Earthquake, Mobile Money and Civil Society 2.0.
NDI provides technical assistance to democracy and civic institutions in more than 70 countries around the world, including political parties, legislatures, civic groups, other organizations and individuals. For more than 15 years, the NDItech team has supported the Institute and partners in the sustainable and innovative integration of technology tools into democracy assistance programs.
