Shirley Robinson Hall has extensive experience as an independent consultant in the fields of development and marketing. During her tenure at NDI, she has been a panelist for the Women’s Empowerment Seminar in Kenya and has served as an official observer for the 1996 elections in Ghana. Ms. Hall served as United States public delegate to the United Nations 52nd General Assembly. Appointed by President Clinton in 1997, Ms. Hall worked with the Economic and Social Council.
