Paul G. Kirk, Jr., is chairman and chief executive officer of Kirk & Associates, Inc., a business advisory and consulting firm located in Boston. He is also affiliated with Sullivan & Worcester LLP of Boston, Massachusetts, a law firm of which he was a partner from 1977 to 1990. From 1985 to 1989, Mr. Kirk served as chairman of the Democratic Party and from 1983 to 1985 as its treasurer.
