Warren Buckingham is the former country coordinator for the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) in Kenya. He provided strategic direction to improve interagency coordination in implementing the U.S.'s second largest bilateral HIV/AIDS program in the developing world.
Nandini Oomman is the director for the Center for Global Development's HIV/AIDS Monitor, which tracks the effectiveness of three main aid responses to the epidemic: the Global Fund, the HIV/AIDS Africa MAP program of the World Bank and PEPFAR. She has more than 15 years of experience in public health research and program and policy development.
Shari Bryan[2] is the vice president of NDI. She previously served as senior associate and regional director of the Institute's programs in Southern and East Africa. Bryan has played a key role in conceptualizing programs that improve governance on HIV/AIDS and increase the role of legislatures in overseeing the extractive industries.
