Representatives of the Ukrainian Democratic Alliance for Reform, or Udar, gave a presentation on Oct. 11 at NDI on their party history, values and plans for the 2012 parliamentary elections. The delegation was led by party leader and world heavyweight boxing champion, Vitaliy Klychko. Udar is a relatively new party in Ukraine, founded in the spring of 2010.  However, it is currently polling fourth among political parties with around 3.1 percent support nationally.
