Tech@State: ElecTech will examine how technology can improve the way elections are organized, conducted and analyzed, learning from the U.S. experience and focusing on applications that can be used around the globe. The conference will take place Friday, Nov. 30 at 8:45 a.m.

Pat Merloe, Michelle Brown, Michael McNulty, Chris Spence, Richard Klein, Katrin Verclas and Chris Doten, all of NDI, will offer their unique insights into the current state of technology and elections and their potential for the future. They will be joined by experts from Facebook, Twitter, Google, the U.S. State Department, the Center for American Progress, the U.S. Agency for International Development, Yale, Harvard, MIT and more. Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan, a member of the NDI board, will deliver the keynote address.
