Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will provide level playing ground to all the political parties and contesting candidates to ensure fair, transparent and credible elections, Secretary ECP Ishtiak Ahmad Khan said.
Talking to an eight-member delegation of NDI (National Democratic Institute) led by former Prime Minister of Canada Joe Clark, he said that Code of Conduct (CoD) for the candidates has already been finalized and sent to the political parties for feedback.
