The Program Coordination (PC) team was established in 1993 to coordinate with NDI donors, and promote interoffice communication and teamwork. Program Coordination works with NDI's donors and regional, functional and administrative teams on project/grant administration issues, and serves as a resource to NDI staff throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
The National Democratic Institute is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization working to support and strengthen democratic institutions worldwide through citizen participation, openness and accountability in government.
