Richard A. Nuccio is NDI's chief of party in Burma. He was previously senior director in South Sudan. Prior to joining NDI in 2011, he was the director of Civitas International programs at the Center for Civic Education based in Los Angeles, CA, where from 2003 he directed civic education programs and coordinated a network of civic educators in more than 70 countries.
