Madeleine K. Albright, Chairman of NDI, and Senator John McCain, Chairman of IRI, will host A Bipartisan Celebration of Democracy on November 29. Secretary Albright and Senator McCain will participate in a panel discussion focused on "American Leadership Abroad: Foreign Policy Challenges and Opportunities" with particular reference to the 33 countries where NDI and IRI work together to strengthen democratic institutions.
