"Newly elected chairs of city assemblies are taking trainings in Georgia's seaside town of Kobuleti. Representatives of international organizations and the Georgian Parliament are giving recommendations and advises to the chairs of city assemblies for rising efficiency of their work in the future.
"The meeting has been organized by representatives of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ)."
