In an effort to reduce the gap between parliamentarians and their constituents, Development partners have developed a communication technology system that will enhance efficiency in people’s representation.
The National Democratic Institute in partnership with the Parliamentary Commission has designed an Innovative communication scheme dubbed U-speak that enables the electorates inform their representatives in parliament about their concerns through telephone messages.
