Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament Atef Tarawneh received on Sunday a delegation of the U.S. National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI), that called on to congratulate him on his election to the august office.
Tarawneh said the parliament recognizes the role played by the institute in support of efforts to boost development in Jordan, voicing the hope for better cooperation between the two sides.
