Prior to Ukraine's May 25 election, former US Secretary of State and current NDI Chairman Madeleine Albright met with Ukraine's then acting president Oleksandr Turchynov.
Albright was in Ukraine as head of NDI's election monitoring team, who oversaw the legality of the elections.
