Based in Seoul, South Korea, Eunice Ha manages NDI’s programs strengthening human rights and democracy in North Korea.
Prior to joining NDI, Eunice worked for World Vision North Korea for three years. Traveling frequently to North Korea, Eunice managed multi-sectoral projects addressing livelihood and nutrition issues within the country.
Eunice also worked at the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Seoul supporting the embassy’s diplomacy and public outreach programs. In this role, she engaged with prominent Korean and American media, academics, civil society organizations, and youth.
From 2004 to 2006, Eunice served the U.S. Peace Corps as a volunteer in Armenia, where she worked with children with physical and intellectual disabilities.
Eunice has a B.A. in Communications and Political Science from the University of Washington and an M.A. in International Communications and Human Rights from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
