"At a Washington, D.C., World Affairs Briefing today on upcoming national elections in Nigeria, Professor Attahiru Jega, chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC), pledged that anyone who violated electoral laws in Nigeria would face prosecution to the full extent of the law.
"The briefing was jointly organized by National Democratic Institute (NDI), the International Republican Institute (IRI), and the International Foundation of Elections Systems (IFES).
