Duke Energy CEO Jim Rogers called for more clarity on future environmental regulations as energy companies transition into a period of energy efficiency and emission reduction, during a brief talk at the Duke Energy Center on Monday.
His remarks kicked off a policy panel made up of energy industry leaders in front of a gathering of diplomats and leaders from countries including Lithuania, Mozambique, the Czech Republic and Brunei brought to town by the National Democratic Institute.
