Ashley Chang

Ashley Chang is global public affairs expert and independent consultant. Previously, she was Head of Strategic Communications for Corporate Responsibility at JPMorgan Chase, spearheaded the business community outreach strategy for the Jon Ossoff Campaign for the Georgia Congressional District 6 special election, and served as Director of Public Engagement at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. Prior to joining the Obama administration, she held positions at the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, Vital Voices Global Partnership, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Before moving to Washington, D.C., in 2009, she was a public relations specialist at Jackson Spalding in her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia.

Ms. Chang has earned degrees from the London School of Economics, George Washington University, and Stanford University. Alongside her professional background, she is a formerly a world-ranked swimmer and was an alternate for the 1996 U.S. Olympic Team.
