Richard Holt

Richard Holt is a Managing Director with Alvarez and Marsal and is the National HR technology leader. He is an accomplished transformational business leader with a special focus on complex business transformation, program and change leadership. He:

  • Leads complex business transformation, program and change initiatives
  • Partners with client executives to execute strategic imperatives or resolve complex problems
  • Drives performance improvement with key technology enablers

Richard is the current Chairman of the Board of One Victory and Executive Committee Chairman for One Victory, Victory Fund and Victory Institute Boards. Richard is currently President-Elect for the Boulevard Organization of Houston. He is a key supporter and advocate for the Iconoclast Artist and Project Curate programs in Houston. Additionally, Richard has volunteered in the educational and political space for over 20 years – dedicating time to leading children’s reading programs, developing youth into future leaders and engaging all aspects of society in the political process via large-scale voter registration drives and equal access programs. He was the lead coordinator for a youth development group for over 10 years.

Richard served three terms on the board and as chair of education for St. Paul’s Houston. Richard has a nine-year-old daughter, Lucy, and a 2-year-old daughter, Geneva and resides in Houston, TX with his husband, Mark. He holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Finance degrees from Texas A&M University.
