The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to identify a vendor or vendors who can adapt and expand NDI’s existing political organizing playbook developed for democratic parties in closed and closing spaces and the associated pilot training workshop materials to identify and make modifications for broader applicability across a variety of contexts and increased political party adoption. Through these activities, the vendor will develop a more robust suite of playbook guidance as well as accompanying training workshop materials and practical tools and exercises.

All final proposals should be submitted via email to Kabowd Mensah ([email protected]) at the National Democratic Institute by 5:00 pm ET on July 8th, 2024. Please see attached RFP for more details as well as the playbook.
