Washington, D.C. – Joint IRI/NDI Pre-Election Assessment Delegation Releases Report on Preparations for Kenya 2022 Elections:

Following a pre-election assessment delegation conducted from May 16 to 20, the International Republican Institute (IRI) and the National Democratic Institute (NDI) announce the release of their joint report on preparations for Kenya’s elections scheduled for August 9, 2022.

Virtual Pre-Election Assessment Mission Statement - Lebanon

The National Democratic Institute (NDI) assembled a group of experts to form a virtual preelection assessment mission (V-PEAM) from February 7 to 18, 2022, to examine conditions for elections in Lebanon. The purpose was to assess the prevailing political environment and preparations for the upcoming 2022 elections and identify areas where change is possible to improve the integrity, transparency, and effectiveness of the elections.

NDI Virtual Pre-Election Analysis Regarding The 2021 Iran Election

On June 18, 2021, 59 million Iranians will be eligible to vote in the country's Thirteenth Presidential and Sixth City and Village Council elections. These elections will also include runoff elections for the Parliament and Assembly of Records. There is speculation that this presidential election could serve as a bellwether for an eventual transfer of power to a new Supreme Leader.
