Tegucigalpa, 12 de mayo, 2017.- Representantes de diversas organizaciones de la sociedad civil, presentaron esta mañana Observación N-26, una instancia que efectuará un monitoreo no partidario del proceso electoral 2017, para identificar si cuenta con las características de integridad, transparencia, inclusión y pluralidad, que garantizan elecciones auténticas, legítimas y democráticas, como lo establecen los estándares internacionales.
