Data Protection - North Macedonia


Personal data of program participants—including first name, surname, name of organization, e-mail, phone number, and signature—will be collected and further processed for the purposes of the efficient organization and management of events. Personal data may be shared with third parties if an external third party assists in the organization of the event, or with donors for reporting purposes, provided they have in place comparable safeguards with regard to data protection. 

Program participants have the right to request from our organization access to your own personal data, to ask for rectification, to withdraw consent leading to data removal, to ask for the restriction of data processing or to object to the processing, as well as to the right to data transfer. 

The Data Protection Officer (DPO), which is Mr. N. Bislimi, ensures in an independent manner that the organization correctly applies the Macedonian law protecting individuals’ personal data.
