NDI recently published the Institute’s Final Report on the June 7, 2009 Lebanese Parliamentary Election. The polls were held under a new electoral law agreed to in 2008 by all parties and were also the first in post-war Lebanon to be held in one day.

Written by a group of women representing Iraq’s regional, political, ethnic and religious diversity, this document includes consensus policy positions on a number of issues, including: healthcare, education, economic empowerment, and political participation.
